Soo... Simple suggestion when the server freezes for like 3 seconds the music stops and when the server unfreezes you hear a lot of noteblocks playing at the same time so my proposal is to create an optional second resource pack that disables noteblock sounds and plays an .ogg file whit prerecorded music.

This will redouce lag caused by noteblocks and will allow the music to play also when the server freezes

    Q. How can this be done? A. I tried it on my server it’s easy, you setup a resource pack whit custom music and when you want it to play you do /playsound and a bunch of stuff

Downside: This resourcepack will take a lot of time to download, but you can create a download link from the site to download it only one time.

There's over a hundred songs on Wynncraft. Doing that could considerably ramp up the RP size, to the point where it's just unusable. Minecraft has a hard time supporting a RP the bigger it is (it causes crashes to a lot of people). MC isn't the one to blame here, a LOT of people have bad internet, and each time they'd want to log in, it'd take ages.

This suggestion isn't doable. It'd be cool to reduce music lag, sure, but the cons outnumber the pros.

This was suggested once a few weeks ago I think...

Anyways there’s over a hundred different songs in Wynn, there aren’t enough sound effects to replace with them. These songs are usually pretty lenghty. To download all of them would probably take at least a few minutes, imagine doing that every time you log in.

The amount of music could easily make the download multiple gigabytes. That’s a lot for a minecraft resource pack. Even if you do as you suggest, make a website to downlpad from, it would still be annoying and drive away many new plaauers.

Chances are, if your computer can't handle Wynn, it will have a hard time handling a resource pack that's multiple GB

There is always that music resource pack that goes with Wynn Expansion. You won't need to reload it every time you log into Wynncraft and you can toggle the normal the note block music. Only downside is that the game will no longer be vanilla.

step 1: set jukebox/noteblock sounds to off
step 2: go to Xaviers channel and play the song of your choise in the background

    ez

and you dont have to pay for vip+ to get the jukebox feature

how would it detect whether the current track is done playing
after all, the music is client-side (and this is the main point of your suggestion)
without a consistent way to do so, you'll have situations in which two (or more) tracks play at the same time (or even none at all)

Also, how would it be aware of where the player is to choose what music to play?
