However, seeing as you will not accept my previous response, I've no choice but to play by your rules.
You should remove this altogether. This in its own isn't necessary; Bob's quest makes no mention of classes and neither do any NPCs. The "cancerous tidy work" you mentioned does not even exist; this is why you should remove it. The only instance in which classes are mentioned are in the Ragni Library; even then, this is not required: Bob did not necessarily have to train as the new class.
Although this in its own is a good idea, the grammar and formatting needs work. It's a bit difficult to understand what "recently" means in this context, so you should separate the run-on sentence. Additionally, it'd be a good idea to explain "recently"; for example, rephrasing it as "as if they arrived recently". However, given the nature of the lore, the class being a chronologically recent addition is not necessarily required.
https://forums.wynncraft.com/threads/how-to-suggest.174609/, rule 3. There is no way that the Shamans could come from Dern, due to the lore about the player. The player is an amnesiac soldier hailing from Fruma, of which is cloistered from the world. Remove the Shaman example altogether or change it to reflect the player's origins.
If you don't do research, your suggestion will not be taken seriously. The main history takes place less than 150 years ago, undermining the premise of both arguments. You should scrap this paragraph altogether, as it doesn't add to your suggestion. Having the addition of a class being chronologically recent would still affect the lore (as Bob has only been dead for 16 years). Additionally, the player would have such a sense of being a part of history even without this faulty assumption: the ending of WynnExcavation D (with you saving the world from Amadel the double agent and all) proves this. There is nothing to be gained from the suggestion in this paragraph, as the suggestion is based on a faulty assumption; this paragraph should just be removed.
https://forums.wynncraft.com/threads/how-to-suggest.174609/, rule 3. Same reason why Shamans can't come from Dern: all classes must come from Fruma to make the tutorial level make sense. Remove the "1 from each province" part, as that conflicts with the player backstory.
https://forums.wynncraft.com/threads/how-to-suggest.174609/, rule 3. The player is consistently referred to as a human (READ THIS: BEING A HUMAN IS AN IMPORTANT PLOT POINT IN MANY QUESTS). Thus, a mechanical defense bot wouldn't make much sense. A similar reasoning can be applied to the Shaman class (for the third time, may I add). Because of this, you should change your suggestion to reflect on how the classes must be human and must come from Fruma.
Perhaps, but you should acquaint yourself with rule 3 of https://forums.wynncraft.com/threads/how-to-suggest.174609/.

Having dedicated quests to a specific new class to explain it's lore will make it seem like the CT are favoring a new class by giving it more story
The current classes have no specific quest dedicated around it's lore, and it just wouldn't make sense if the current classes played these quests
the player shouldn't have to question "Hey... Why does the solider/shaman/necromancer/captainganon's scarf have a quest dedicated to it while so and so class doesn't?"
Even if it's class specific (as in only this new class can play it) that wouldn't be fair because now this new class is getting more rewards and content, which isn't fair for other classes.
also how will the tutorial make sense?
once again, it can be easily guessed that this class is being favored
if there was a new class, it should be a similar experience so that if i picked the other 8 classes, i shouldn't feel left out.
And yes, although lore isn't current events, it's similar to history
you can't just suddenly change all willy nilly
like "oh yeah btw theres was necromancer powers all of a sudden 100 years ago now you can do that kthxbye"
it wouldn't make sense that established lore and the past was just altered
content team does the work, not the mods
A wave of classes (albeit even 1 class) is still way to much work
You gotta make the spells, balance the class, make 300+ weapons, balance those, make up names, add in lore so that it would make sense, etc.
trying to make it shorter by piggybacking off another class would just make it rushed and less fun, too

in all seriousness, a mech doesn't seem very creative, and the lore you gave it doesn't seem very well-thought out

I still am not convinced that a new class won't fit in the lore, as your reasons are a bit vauge
and even then, you're not really suggesting anything, just saying it won't fit in the lore.
If you are planning on making a class suggestion, try to give some lore already to make everyone say "...! clever, very clever."
which i believe is possible, just with better reasons and more understanding on the lore and how to bend it in such a way where such a new class is possible

Also, might I ask where people are saying it won't fit in the lore, as in maybe show some examples.
I haven't seen many people say that, aside from this guy who took a thread off topic to not even suggest a class, just the idea of one, lacked a lot of detail, and then starting saying why it was completely possible without understanding of the lore, and just making it seem like there wasn't lore already, which is why we weren't convinced it could be done with the current lore...

    That's exactly why it's impossible.
Why would the Fruman Queen allow traitors to join her Wynn-bound army?
The tutorial area is the Wynn-Fruma border; this is why it's impossible.

People make fun of this like it would never happen, but if anyone remembers Grians gavel QA, he specifically says they have plans to add more classes after gavel. These plans may have changed though.

I think that if they were going to add a new class from another province that class should have it's own specific leveling path/zone. They could add a secluded province that the other provinces don't know about, allowing the team to take some creative risks in terms of lore and allowing people to level in a different environment than they are used to. It would be a lot of work but I think that it could pay off.

Technically he did, since Reincarnation has to give a Bob’s mythic for every class, which lore-wise means Bob had to have used the weapon for every class

Technically he did not, as Reincarnation doesn't necessarily have to give a Bob's mythic for every class. However, in terms of fair gameplay, I see your point.
