Website & Forums Necro Rules Changed For The Noticeboard

I think we shouldn't allow threads to be locked/reports for necro in any of the noticeboard sections, seeing as people may have questions months after the last response and it's not like there's enough threads in that section that necroing will change much. Like people should still be able to ask abt the last update on the changelog threads without the thread being locked or a person being punished for a necro. But just for the noticeboard sections.
