Quest Quest Plot Twists Have Issues.

So take Elemental Exercise for example. Ragon asks you to bring him 10 scorched roots from the cave. However when you go into the cave, it's supposed to collapse and the quest changes. But if you actually bring him the 10 scorched roots, he won't take them. That doesn't really make sense does it? Maybe you could add a workaround, like "Oh, I see you brought the roots! But oh... these aren't the right ones. Could you please go to the cave and collect the roots from the creatures deep in there?"

 

Just make him want a different item that unobtainable

 

That wouldn't change the fact that if you get the regular kind from the beast in the cage, he still doesn't acknowledge that you actually gave him 10 roots

 

Like after you gave him the first root, he would ask for something different like ten smoulderong feet or something.

Having him want the roots from the deep part of the cave is a cool idea but actually impossible with our current message system ;-;

Well, he specifically says 10 roots from the cave behind the hill, not 10 from the monster in the cage.

True, but my point was that there was no issue with the quest dialog since it does say where he wants the roots from.

Also, is that kill exp thing on the side from Wynn Expansion or another mod?
