    I've had this opinion for awhile now, and I've stated it before, but it needs attention again. The spawn system and the general progression system need to be fixed. While some quests like Flight in Distress have a spawn system, most don't. Take for example, The Belly of the Beast. Not the hardest quest, but what makes it annoying is that you have to backtrack all the way from Thanos if you die in the lava room. Now while it isn't as long as say the starting area, it still is dumb shit that just takes up time. Why not just spawn at the entrance to the room or at the mouth of Ozoth instead? The same goes for other quests, especially off-map ones like the Realm of Light. There should never be a instance where if you die or take off your quest helmet you respawn in the starting area. It's just bad game design.

    Now all I simply propose is that the CT implement spawn points throughout various points in most linear quests or off-map areas. That's it. They could be done either through command blocks, plugins, or whatever. It shouldn't be that hard given that command blocks have been around since 2012 and most major servers do this already. The only major hurdle would be time given that there are 124 quests. But not every quest needs a spawn point since some of them are short like Enzan's brother or take place entirely near a city.

    some quests like hive wouldnt work, as the teleporter to the battle areas is very far away from the battle areas

    or are you saying having spawn points at the start of each room

    Someone suggested inns where you could sleep and then spawn there whenever you die (and stop spawning in there by typing a command). I think that would work too.

    That too, but it would still be ineffective for some quest areas like the Realm of Light.

    thats the problem they are trying to fix, they want you to spawn still in the quest area not back in a house in detlas

    technically you could make a black box spawn point with teleporters next to the rooms in which, when you die, take you to said spawn point, which then teleports you to the hive entrance.

    A spawn point to each hive room would make it much easier to soft lock yourself
    You can't leave the room until you either die or beat the entire division.
    Therefore if you are too weak to take out the level, you just keep on dying and can't get out

    This. So if you died at the Hive, you would spawn at the entrance of the Hive, instead of each individual room.
