Calo Airships Should Have Conversation Like Sea Skipper

the airship should be more fun to use, bit bigger, interesting to walk around and "explore" (atm you are trapped in 2x2 barrier blocks or something)

And Calo should be on-board and tell you a story.

 

Would be cool if we could get more lore revealed in that way. Aswell he should be able to fly to different cities.

 

Considering that there's already a bit of a cutscene as you travel, it makes sense that there could be some dialogue at the very least. There doesn't necessarily have to be a ton of different choices, but would be nice if they talked about elves one time or dwarves the other.

 

Yeah, but you're there for a few seconds, so dialogue would feel rushed and unnecessary.

 

well seeing as you are literally traveling across the ocean to another province in 4 seconds, they could extend the time of the airship to add dialouge

 

I mean unless it is a private plane going 9,001 miles an hour it doesn't make much sense. I wouldn't mind an extended 5-15 more seconds for a dialogue.

The difference between the Seaskipper and the Calo is the fact that Calo is fast travel like the tunnel between Ragni and Detlas or the C.S.S Wavebreak to Corkus or the Hot Air Balloon to Kandon Beda which requires no money but a completion of a quest, they're not meant to take time or money while the Seaskipper does not require you to complete a quest and is something you pay for, as well as something that you wait for. A level 1 can go straight to Nemract then Llevigar if he so wished but he cannot go to Detlas and then to Cinfras. Plus let's be honest I don't wanna wait I already hate the Seaskipper.

 

No. Please. Seaskipper dialouge makes me want to die, and after riding it so many times you begin to Foster a hatred for the seaskipper captain and how absurdly long it takes to sail places. Honestly, I'd prefer less seaskipper dialouge for a shorter time there over this .-.
