World Balance Powder Exchange

    Powder exchange merchant charges 1le to convert a t6 to blank; this was fine while the price of a t6 powder was 6le/each but now the price has dropped to 2-3le/each.

    My proposal is to decrease the price to exchance a t6 to blank from 1le to 24eb/32eb.


    ...also...
    As of now to exchange a t4 to blank it costs 1 nii rune, a t5 to blank 1 uth rune; market has proven uth runes being worth less than nii runes, so this could be swapped? (t4-nii, t5-uth to. t4-uth, t5-nii)

    I think it'd work better if they just made Nii Guardians drop 1-5 Nii Runes or something rather than just 1 or 2.
