[super Small Addition] 2nd Argument To /toggle

    Currently the /toggle command just flips the state of the specified rule for the player.
    One thing I would like is a 2nd optional argument on the command that takes 'true' or 'false'
    to just toggle something on or off no matter what state it is currently..

    (would also help modders if they want to toggle something specifically on or off automatically)

    I like this idea. It’s small, it’s convinient, and it won’t replace something to make it more confusing, as it’s an optional argument
