    Right now you can't use scrolls/horses if you are near a neutral mob even if it is not aggro onto you, would be nice if you could still use those utilities in scenarios where there are a lot of those type of mobs (durum isles, rymek, etc.)

    When I'm in Rodoroc and I try to use a scroll, and it says that, I have to run around the entire city trying to find that damn elven merchant whos stopping me from teleporting, brutally murder him, and then carry on. +1 from me
