In-game Market

Don't know if this is already suggested (it probably is), but I think it would be cool to see an in-game marketplace where people could be selling their precious loot on instead of having to spend ours uploading images and updating forums posts. I think it somehow could be a way to breathe fresh air into the server and somehow motivate players to collect loot, stay active and in that way climb the economy to be the richest of everyone.

It could be like the auction house plugin, but customized to fit the "new" banking system on Wynncraft.
The market should be opened at a villager in every bigger town (not every town)

I allready made this suggestion but its in vip plaza

auction house suggestion, so theres 2 villagers in detlas, one is named buying and the other one is named selling.

The selling villager- you open up the interface and its like wynndatas ingame item guide, you can see everyones items that there selling in a huge feed and you have an option to put items into that feed. But you can only put 1 of each item, so you can put all the items in the game on there, but only 1 of that item. On the item you put in there you have to set a price with it which you can enter somewhere in the UI then you click add to market and it puts it in on that huge list. People can search for your items and buy them on the shop though, they dont need to be scrolling through forever and never find the item they were looking for. And when people buy your items the emeralds go to another tab called auction house bank, where you can take your emeralds out.

The buying villager- there is a search bar and the huge feed just like the selling one but on this one in the feed are peoples requests for items and the price they are willing to pay for that item is on their request. You can search for the item requests too, and you can also only put a request for 1 of each item.

How would it work? I imagine it like you just click in the item in the UI of the villager then it works like the potion shops work, you click it for the price then it gives you the item but the emeralds go into the players auction house bank.

 

this would make an entire part of the forums useless, but its a neat idea

 

Why have it on the forums but instead have it ingame? Why make it more complicated than needed. A server as big as Wynncraft with skilled developers should definately be able to make something like this a reality.

wow, true, but it should be a bit more realistic, there would be a guy in towns that offer your items for you, ayone in any server can see it if its in the right town, you keep with this guy for a little price, more time it stays with him, more it gets expensive, and it would make you have deciosion about if someone would really want certain item

I mean, do you want to post and update your shop now and then with pictures?

It would take you ages to just post 50 items on the forums

 

I think everyone wants this to happen but its way too complicated to code

I honestly don't think it would be hard for the talented developers of Wynncraft. Now I don't know anything about coding, but couldn't they use the concept of the Auction House plugin that I mentioned earlier and make it a Wynncraft stylish version. Like the "new" banks

No it is not. At least if you like it. I myself hate the War Zone prinviple of it. But the Action house is good :)
