The awakened power of earth and the newfound power of thunder constantly struggle, giving off an unusually calm aura.

Example Build
This dagger should be fairly unique. When making it, I was trying to create something that would open up different options. Those who want a pure earth dagger can add earth powders, but adding thunder powders can be quite beneficial due to chain lightning activating the stealing effects.

4-23: after testing, -raw spell removed as it wasn't reaching the intended damage. spell% added as well to reinforce hybrid playstyle

4-23: to compensate for damage buff, dex req increased to encourage thunder-earth, although pure earth is still viable

4-23: added various buffs and nerfs to center its usage down to be less generic

why all item ideas are from lvl 90 to lvl 99? we guys with lower levels wants items too

this is because assassin currently lacks a nonmythic endgame earth dagger that stands up to other elemental daggers such as sitis and ripsaw

 

Because you see most of us are already level 90-99 and we want more endgame content
