World Pirate Cove

This is a quick and kind of vague suggestion. Personally, I like the ocean (partially because quests require emeralds) and also because it feels like a bunch of picturesque micro states. I think that some things should be used more. Specifically I'm talking about pirate cove. It has some of the best builds, I love the market, and the island has such character, but I feel like all it does is look cool and house Javier. Since there are pirates in Wynn already, I feel like it could have some cool lore and stories. Who founded it? Why hasn't Wynn or Gavel tried to destroy it? I'm on my phone, so this is hard work, but I think it should house more quests, and work as a foil to Selchar.

They could add a few NPCs that are like old pirates telling stories of other areas in the ocean, leading to some secret discoveries. I think that could be pretty nice and make the Pirate Cove really unique, and it doesn't take nearly as much resources as quests to make

Why would you wanna waste 43 le and gain 2emeralds and 10 exp at the end?

i mean, bunches of cool stuff all over, but no lore or shit
