New Mob "types"

    Hello, and welcome to this thread. Before I start off, I want to explain Why type is in quotes. Because I don't really have a better name, however, it is more like a new mob behavior. I think that adding new mob behaviors randomly and sometimes without a warning is necessary, and here's why: When so many people get used to mobs acting totally the same (Ex. Attacking with melee, or with range.) in a certain area, they just center their build around that, and they don't really have to change it until something you encounter something totally different. IT gets a little stagnant (No offense to CT). Changing mob's elements and health/DPS ratio is not the same as changing how they behave. Now that I've made my case for why something like this should be added, I'll present my two ideas.

    'Fearful' Mob type:
    The fearful mob behavior is simple. They spawn in swarms, or could be found inhabiting tribal camps or ruins together. They travel together in swarms of anywhere from 5-15, and usually aren't very strong. They are aggressive when you get too close. When you kill a certain percentage of their group, like, say, %20, they will become peaceful or run away because they are afraid of you, since you have proven that you are strong enough to take them down.

    'Shifter' Mob Type:
    Shifters are a bit more complicated. They adjust to your strengths. They can switch between melee weapons and ranged weapons. As you put more skill points into, say earth, and have an earth leaning build, They will do more air damage to deal damage specifically geared towards you. If you think this is Over-Powered, consider this: For the most part, mobs don't do spells. So for the most part, a bow wielding shifter has no splash damage, and vulnerable and exposed to two or more people. And the same applies to warrior and assassin weapons, but wands are trickier weapons to balance out. Another weakness the shifter has against two or more people is that it can only adjust to one of whoever is attacking it. Let me explain better: Person 1 has a build that focus on earth, and therefor weak to air. Person 2 has an air leaning build, and is weak against fire because of that. A shifter spots person 1 first, and adjusts to air. It is strong against earth, and weak against air, and deals air damage. Person 2 meanwhile, deals air damage, and can quickly take down the shifter for that. I hope that explained it better.

    Charge ai


    I can't see why something likes this can't be added. +1

    maybe instead of giving the shifter damages that are super effective, give it defenses to that element/elements

    also add an AI which will attack ranged from a range and melee once you get near it4

    +1 add a pool

    Far away (if the player attacks from a distance so that the mobs won't notice the player, and the player uses long-range spells like meteors or bomb arrows)

    suggestion - suicidal AI make a mob in the mushroom drug trip named dischord that continuously spawns and runs into fire to symbilize how much of the wynn discord wants to kill itself
