Taurus

So in the Taurus lore, it spells "Touroto" as both Tauroto and Touroto. However, there's also the Old Touroto Hide, and the Touroto Hide, which leads me to believe that the correct spelling is Touroto.

Or am I just stupid and are they two different things

guessing the hide it's made of is touroto, the not-so-usual cows you can even find outside of cinfras
and Tauroto is some kinda boss-type monster with real sharp horns that can pierce the touroto hide

We pretty much do, as the mobs near Cinfras don't seem to be inclined to 1-shot you after you attack them

 

But the lore uses "itself." This can be interpreted either as the reflexive of the Touroto, or as an amplifier to the hypothetical beast "Tauroto". BUT WE DON'T KNOW

 

We know Tourotos exist, and "Taurus" implies a different species including "Taur"
But still
I shall use the forbidden lore expert summoning spell that may get the user banned that summons the one that designed the majority of items (plz forgive me great and mighty floof)

I meant to say Tauroto here, edited my post. Also, the fact that we know Tourotos exist but aren't sure of Taurotos only strengthen the hypothesis that the Tauroto in the lore of Taurus is a spelling mistake, right? This is also supported by the fact that the Tauroto is not mentioned in any other lore or dialogue, but Touroto is
