World Ridiculously Strong Lv. 40 Boss

While exploring a desert, I found a hidden cave with one of the many hidden minibosses that drop loot. This miniboss is level 39 and has over 70000 health. I think that's a bit excessive for a level 40 to kill.

Coords of the cave is -1460 -2060.

Will take screenshots of him when I get home.

 

There's also OP guys in time valley, as a lv15 I could kill all the other mobs but they were like a boss with a ton of hp, they also spawn frequently so not a miniboss

 

You know stating the actual name of the boss is kind of vital information here right?

 

It's Sandstorm Vandals Leader Randall, located in the back of the cave.

 

This has been brought up before, it’s purposely meant to be a difficult boss. Selvut explained it in another thread.

 

Was the boss’s health intentional or did someone add an extra zero on accident?

 

its intentional. The boss itself is a reference ;D (also he really isnt as bad as you guys are making him ._. its not impossible at all to beat him.)
