This is why I think this shouldn't be added :
T3 chests are made to be hard to access, potentially hidden, this is in a bank, the place where the most people go, so in my opinion, no, there shouldn't be a T3 chest here.

Not really inside, but more on the outside. Specifically, on the exterior window ledge. You have to climb a ladder to get to it and its not exactly visible to most players at first glance.

 

I respect the suggestion but maybe think of a more hidden place to put a tier III chest, especially if you have particles enabled, it is very noticeable.
Although a tier III chest would not fit, it would work for a tier I or maybe even a tier II.

Some of the tents were moved in the d&d update

 

I remember that chest being there before the dnd update, and there were no tents or anything around it
I could be wrong tho xD
