While you guys are debating the stats of the weapon I'm looking at those lore tool-tips. They don't seem to fit the correct perspective of the tool-tips inside the game. Typically they either list of the history of the item, or describe some of its features, or how it feels to wield. Naturally, if a name of a legendary is hard to put a lore on, I'd leave it blank. A good portion of legendaries in the game don't have lore attached to them.

 

if I didnt put lore on it there would be more people telling me its incomplete without lore

hmm. I think the "Shower" should do water damage instead of neutral. Just a suggestion.

but its fire earth ids on it, and you could put water powders on it
