For the rings, the MS (Magic Scanner) is rather boring, like a true engineer would come up with. As for thunder, I commonly refer to it as Lightning, so it's just a naming discrepancy.
For the chestplate, I think it's fine as it is, no harm done if it doesn't make it.
The boots are quite unobtainable as of now, but I hope it can be reality one day.
Finally, Harp has been shelved due to the feeling of fighting a lost cause with so many rainbow bows, so I do agree there. I like the name, so I will play around with the concept.

Yeah I guess that sucks, but that's like complaining you can't make a good melee build with Return to Ether.

Well, the real reason it leans towards spells and not melee is because then it would simply be a copy of Freedom, only legendary and a bit worse. Of course becoming too niche is what drives people away from items, and it gets labeled as a clear gimmick. Finding the right balance of uniqueness, and focused or generic id's is what makes items like vaward or prism seem valuable in many eyes.
