World /toggle Attacksound [accepted]

    i wont put much detail into this because there really isnt much detail that needs to be put into this.

    new command: /toggle attacksound

    what it does: it turns on and off the new sound upon attacking

    why is this a good idea: for some, it may get annoying to hear it, especially if one is using a fast+ weapon

    give me your thoughts on this
