Chained Pixels Are Way To Powerful For Its Level

yes I am complaining about level 38 leggings



So whenever me or my friend does a playthrough, we always use these leggings. In my opinion,there is literally no reason not to use them during there level range. Great health? check. elemental defenses? check. massive xp and loot bonus, which is great at low levels? check. Massive skill point buffs? check. The only thing that holds these leggings back is the requirements, but unlike at high levels when resetting skill points can break your entire build, at low levels you can almost always run the same build with the requirements.

Tldr: These leggings are way to powerful as generalist leggings, which from my experience is the best low level sp spread.

My Idea for a fix

health: now 500 (from 512)

Defenses stay the same

Requirements:ten each (from 8 each). Reason: makes the leggings less splashable and more rainbow oriented

Xp and loot bonus: now 8-16 each (from 5-21) . The max xp and loot bonus are way to powerful for its level. this should help reduce its powerful. I raised its minimum to compensate

all stats: now 2-5 (from 2-6). the skill points are slightly to powerful in my opinion. reducing by 1 should be good

I do think these leggings are quite powerful. I remember I once picked up both Holy Greaves and Winter's Essence during my 1-100 run as Archer. I discarded both because Chained Pixels was too strong. For some reason, even the new version has a little bit of a power creep over Morph-Iron(which is a level 50 item), but in the end no one really cares about most legendaries under level 80 or so.
