    How has this slipped under my radar? This suggestion is amazing! It reminds me of The Legend of Zelda, how you can only hold so many rupees at a time, but can get bigger rupee pouches through various quests or progression to hold more.

    Great idea right here! I'll just share my thoughts:
    Perhaps you can do this with an NPC called the Master Banker? And maybe you shouldn't have a pouch at the beginning of the game? There's no need for extra storage at first, so having no emerald pouch makes sense. Buying it for the first time costs 64 emeralds.
    Okay, I think the costs are a bit... well, uneven. Here's what I'm thinking:
    0 -> 1: 256 Emeralds (4EB)
    1 -> 2: 1024 Emeralds (16EB)
    2 -> 3: 1le
    3 -> 4: 2le
    4 -> 5: 4le
    5 -> 6: 8le
    6 -> 7: 16le
    7 -> 8: 32le
    8 ->9: 48le
    9 -> 10: 64le
    Keep in mind, some of these upgrades can only be done when you have enough emeralds in your Bank. The Master Banker will create a transaction when upgrading. I also have ideas for bank limits. I don't know when you created this thread, but banks now have multiple pages of Bank Storage. The number of emeralds you can store in the bank can be determined by the number of pages you have bought. It will start with 2048 emerald space (32 blocks) and each new page will quadruple this storage space. (Maximum 2,147,483,648 emeralds; over 500,000 Liquid Emeralds) This should be enough. It just seems to me that there should not be infinite emerald storage.
    Hmm... that's a lot to hold at once... I don't know about later levels, but up to level 50... I think a slight modification to numbers is a good idea.
    Level 0:* 4EB
    Level 1: 8EB
    Level 2: 12EB
    Level 3: 16 EB
    Level 4:* 32 EB
    Level 5: 40 EB
    Level 6: 48 EB
    Level 7: 64 EB (1 LE)
    Level 8:* 128 EB (2 LE)
    Level 9: 256 EB (4 LE)
    Level 10: 512 EB (8 LE)
    Now for trading purposes, this may not be enough Emeralds; That's why trading will use the emeralds you have in the bank. When one player trades with another, the emeralds given will be taken out of the player's bank and put into the other player's bank.
    In my opinion, the stealing ID should do that all the time no matter the level of pouch.
    The level 7 effect is good.
    The level 10 effect kind of defeats the purpose of the pouch, doesn't it?

    Here's a new set of effects I think there should be:
    All levels: Stealing ID always puts emeralds directly into the pouch
    Level 3: Convert Emeralds into Emerald Blocks
    Level 7: Convert Emeralds (Or emerald Blocks) into Liquid Emeralds
    Level 10: Automatically put emeralds from chests into Emerald Pouch (Message appears in chat saying "X emeralds added to pouch")

    Thanks for all the feedback! Yes, I made this before 1.13 but still without any ideas about the prices and the bank stuff. I'll add this to the thread when I can!

    Really neat idea, would save a lot of inventory space for when you get stacks and stacks of emeralds with no bank nearby. +1
