New Quest: Moon's Light Lv.93

A LOT better than your previous quests. With a few little tweaks it's more or less at the standard of Wynn quests. As someone has already said, it's not quite as impressive as certain other quests, but I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing. The only issues I have with it have already been mentioned. +1

- Requires an actual Le instead of another item
- Some minor coding issues

- A harry potter reference instead of a mother fucking jo jo reference

In the part where you have to give Felicity 1 le, I know it would be better if it was something else. But the problem is, if I was to say "You need to get 3 Rumin leaves on the island to the south" then everyone would say "ThAt QuEsT iS tOo FeTcHy!". So I am honestly stuck of what to do. Do you have suggestions?

Nah im just pranking how about:

It isn't cheap however, if you want me to summon him, I want you to help me out in return
[Insert kill, fetch, or puzzle secion, I.E.
I want you to kill the blob in the corner
I want you to get 3 Rumin leaves from the north
I want you to open my pickle jar

 

What? I don't get it. Are you talking about giving options?

 

I think he's probably giving examples of what you could add instead of the monetary payment. Tbh I think that as long as there is something else on the island, maybe some Rumin Guardians/Beasts or something which you have to fight through, it will be fine. If it's literally just an item spawn with nothing else like in Suspended Flowers then it wouldn't be ok. The quest itself wouldn't be turned into a fetch quest just by having one stage where you do have to go and get some items.

Yes multiple options:
Fetch - In return for me summoning Solen I will need 3 magical plot devices to help me get enough power to summon him
Combat - Some slime boi stole my magic summoning stone
Puzzle - Idk somelike minigame or something to "unlock" the summoning power

I'm going to make a FINAL thread with everything considered with all the feedback that you guys have given. It might be a while before i post it. Thank you to everyone who has commented on how to improve :D

 

The first suggestion quest, which is actually good,
Good things:
- Quest Start
- Dialogue (Ok)
Bad things (A lot of little things):
- It's very odd that Solen "just hands it over", you should have to fight him
- This is a little too close to Enter the Dojo
- You shouldn't have to use in-game emeralds (real ones) to do a quest
- Not a full level of xp .4 levels of xp, because that is how much you deserve. Because really you get Armour, 2 LE, I think that is enough.

2. I can't remember what "Enter the Dojo" is about, i didn't mean to copy it

Oups maybe I misread, Enter the Dojo; You are challenged by a Master Sensei to get the "Master's Gi", You go through parkour, fighting puzzle, green tea making (puzzle).
