I want an endgame legendary earth wand

this is rlly good but i think you should lower the damage,remove the -200 tier and instead of -45%ws,it should be around 20%

 

How it works is that you have a base value. If it’s positive, you multiply it by 0.3 to get the minimum, and 1.3 to get the max. If it’s negative, you multiply by 0.7 to get the minimum, and 1.3 for the max. So for example, if you had a base value of 10. If it’s positive, the minimum is 3, and the max is 13. If it’s negative 10, then the min is -7, and the max is -13.

I like it, but might want to make strength minimum like 90 instead of 12, and add either raw or % melee damage

 

I added the minimums for you. It's actually a fairly good and balanced wand, and I like that it's a pure melee weapon for Mage, a lot of Earth wands are just used in spell builds. However, it does need a strength requirement, as most endgame gear can can get overpowered if you don't need to invest skill points into it (I assume the 12 strength is an ID and not a requirement)

that looks a lot like stinger but a lot stronger, remember archer is supposed to have the highest melee dps cause its single hit

reminds me a lot like stinger, but it's a good wand

 

theres no req except level so any mage could use this at anytime

Why do you want this? We already have endgame earth wands.
