World Add A Bank To The Hive

Then why does Kandon-Beda have all the basic amenities even though it's a "hop, skip, and jump" away from ahmsord?

 

yeah but it's much harder to get to thanos from the hive than vice versa

Cause Kandon-Beda is a town, not a quest location.

 

Just for reference:
-Tower of Ascension do NOT have bank nearby, the nearest city of Tower of Ascension is Lusuco
-Temple of Legend are quite a interesting case here, altho we shouldnt take it as a city, more should be like a 'grind spot' and a 'quest spot' because of the Corrupted of World
-Legendary Island do have all types of merchant existed, including powder merchant, scroll merchant, also banks
-Banks are only happen in major city, while Ragni are originally do NOT have bank existing there
As the extended part, the cities that doesnt have bank exist are :
-> Relo (Appear in Corkus)
->Avos (Appear in Corkus, but seems like it doesnt count as a city by officials so far)
->Lexdale (Appear in Gavel)
These city, in this case suppose to have a bank, merchant etcs, function like other major city, but reason they dont, is because they are quest place

The above resources and reference, can be use for others to consider about this idea, when they are thinking whether they should support/against this idea.

The reason im quoting Selvut reply here, because I think that it also reply to the point why Qira doesnt have any banks
Im not sure if its 100% related, but from the above references I have mentioned, it seems that bank shouldnt appear in places that is only for quest purposes.

I dont think Thanos and Qira really have a long distances tho... they are really close if you have a horse...
At most only taking 3 mins for my black horse to do a back and forth between this two places.

I do sort of agree with your idea, as Temple of Legend and Legendary island do gives out the function of banks and powder merchant etcs nearby,
For legendary island cases, they even have potion merchant, banks and powder master inside each of the boss level.
If only by your pure words and point of view, it will super easily giving me the feel of being against this idea
But with the above reference I have mentioned, things will be seems more clearly and more details on why it should be added. The related idea and improvements can also be consider to add in the Tower of Ascension in Wynn province

The Temple of Legends was meant by Salted to feel very special to unlock, hence it having a bank, a liquid exchange, and emerald merchants within it. That's literally the only reason.

Legendary Island has those amenities so you don't have to run across the whole map to get ready for the challenge. Potions are there to restock mid-challenge, and the powder masters are there if you want to change your weapon's aspects on the fly since it's a continuous challenge.
