The number one thing I would want to see would be unique monsters.

Unique monsters are rare and powerful monsters that are tough to kill (you may need to team up with someone to kill one), do a lot of damage, but drop good loot.

Upon death a unique monster could drop a unique, rare, or legendary piece of equipment (90-100% of the time) or cause a loot chest to spawn (level II-III), one for each player that deals 10% damage or more, like how the drop system already is. Each player only gets to open one loot chest, and everybody's loot chest goes away once they close it, or if it hasn't been opened within 60 seconds. There would be one specific unique monster that would spawn for each area.

Another idea would be Raid Bosses. Every week, a random draw would be made for what raid boss would be fight-able. There would be 10 different bosses that could be selected, all with their own level caps (one boss could only be fought if you were level 10 and under, another 20 and under, and so on to level 101). These bosses would be absurdly difficult to fight and would require teamwork or a lot of firepower, and everybody who survives leaves with something, whether that be equipment, emeralds, or even certain bombs if you dealt the most damage or got the killing blow.

These are just suggestions but I feel like this would bring a lot of people together and be a nice change of pace for those who are getting bored of Wynncraft, or even bring people back.

I've always loved the idea of actual MMO features making its way into Wynncraft, especially raids. Team cooperation is something rarely seen in boss fights, due to someone just hiring some lvl 100 and completing the objective in minutes, maybe seconds. With the current way of combat, many bosses that could be created with the current code would just end up becoming a face roll with 5 max leveled players.

The best way I see a good, raid quality boss fights would be through how Destiny currently does it. In the game, multiple task are to be performed to take down a bosses shield or something similar. This can include parkour, fighting, or puzzle solving. This system fits 6 players, although it would have to be adjusted for Wynncraft of course. Something this ambitious could cause major lag or would be too hard todevelop.

Programing an interesting encounter would probably be the most difficult problem to tackle. Balancing probably isn't as big of an issue as I present it to be, though is part of the challenge. I crave the day for when we get good, boss and raid like encounters that aren't boring as we have them now.

All this didn't really have to do anything with your suggestion lol, I just wanted to give my own thoughts on how bosses and raids should be done.

JP may code, but he doesn't make mobs or items. This won't happen for at least 3 years, no matter how good it is.
The thing with other MMORPGS is that they have a more dense population. By that I mean that when a boss takes time to kill, there are people that join the boss fight, as they are doing the quest at the same time. The thing with something that requires players in wynncraft is just that. It requires players. Players that somehow meet each other with a common goal, or use the forums. Neither of those things are common in wynncraft players.

Yeah, which is why I suggested having 10 different raid bosses, each with a level cap. One raid boss could only be fought if you were lvl 10 and under, another one 20 and under, another 30 and under, 40 and under, 50 and under, all the way up to a boss that can be fought at any level. This makes balancing much more organized because you can fine tune each boss separately, and there won't be lvl 100 players rolling a boss in seconds.
