World Crafting System

    Well, one more idea, this one a little simplier.

    Basically, I play a mobile RPG called "Knights of Pen and Paper". In this RPG, you recieve drops from the monsters (like the Misc. Itens in Wynncraft) that can be used to craft weapons, armour and acessories (something like acessory crafter in the dungeon). In each city that you go, there are different crafters, with different crafting options and different itens requested to craft.


    My idea: In each city of wynncraft, add a NPC where you can craft a item giving it the requested Misc. Itens + some money. BTW in each city you will be able to craft differrent itens. Obviously they will have to add more Misc. Itens, but I think it will be great if this get added. You will be able to craft unique itens, that can't be get in other way that isn't crafting.

    On the technical side, I'm imagining merchants that sell items, with the prices being various misc items. Is this what you mean, or like an entirely new system?

    Then it's not bad. Since it doesn't require any big new systems.

    The one thing I will say is you should probably consider why the 10,001 other crafting suggestions have not been added, and make a point as to what problems they have that yours doesn't have.

    I like that idea. You could make the items needed for crafting fairly challenging to get, and in turn craft items that are worth the challenge (Good rares, legendaries, accessories, etc). This could also put a little more content into the endgame, since you would have to hunt down certain mobs (the mobs could be in a hard to find area, or have random spawns like that one Avia thing in Corkus), then kill said mob (you could make the mob challenging to kill), then go and craft item.

    Now I actually really want this in the game xD

    This is an interesting idea. I wouldn't mind having this in the game. You could have bosses that you don't need for quests but instead you need them for crafting items kind of like what @BethJerry said.

    Some of these things are already in place (dernel jungle secret spots, rymek's gold?), but I'd love an actual crafting system, or at least using the shop system a bit more :p

    I want to be able to make like a really really tanky chest plate with touroto hide. that would be fun.

    actual it would be cool if a lot of the random low lvl junk, and misc items can be crafted into something.

    For a MMORPG built in Minecraft, I’m surprised at the complete nonexistence of any kind of crafting.
