World New Element Undead/spitrit (based On Corruption)!

So basically this element is strong against earth and based around corruption. The element colour is purple which already is one of the colours put on the multi element weapons. Its weakness could be another element light but I'm not so sure on that at the moment. However it could have another weakness if light is not agreed
which could be air (idk why that's the best I got). This element brings Cursing elements such as poison (Suffering over time) % increase damage and its special ability could be quick corruption what corrupts a 6 x 6 area around you making mobs or Players health drop like strong poison.

Hope this is a good suggestion...

 

Honest opinion: using the corruption to fight corruption?
Also, Wynn alredy has plenty of elements. You can make a corruption item with fire+thunder.
It Also needs a skill point thingy.
Item system would need to be reworked for this.
In short: not needed, cant be implemented easily, doesnt fit in lore.
Also more detail, why, examples need to be added

but we already have element like that, it's thunder, becouse I'm pretty sure thunder represents darkness or corruption even.

 

We can't just add an entire element all willy-nilly!

srsly Earth Fire Water and Air were the 4 classic elements in like irl (thunder was never an actual element, but we'll let it slide :1)

Well thoose "classic" elemts are just one of many variants. For instance there's a combination of: Wood, Earth, Fire, Metal, Water.
And even at it's fist form the air is replaced with aether.
