New Discord Channel

k maybe mods/admins will add this if we get enough votes, I find that whenever I want to talk about overwatch or something there's usually another conversation going on in #general, so I'm suggesting they add a new channel called #Other_Games or something like that, so we can talk about other games without having to interfere with people in #general.

Mods are mods, not discord server admins. Mods moderate the server, not administrate it.
Only because we got to be a bit stricter on how we handle certain stuff doesn't mean we are pissed or unfriendly or anything. You can still talk to us. We just want the discord server a warm and nice place to be. And not filled with negative attitude, bad jokes and racism. We also still handle stuff the same way as before, but now we don't ask a few amount of times to stop doing whatever they are doing... We tell them once. Stay positive, use common sense and this little change won't affect you in any way.

There's no point in getting a channel for the same purpose as #general imo.
General is good when people aren't being toxic, but It's toxic 90% of the time.


EDIT: what I'm trying to say is, we need to just make general less shit so we can talk about normal stuff instead of memes and shit

 

But general is often being used by other people. For a discord with 9515+ people, and 130+ active users, 1 channel for things other then wynncraft isn't enough.

 

There are also voice channel chats, where you can discuss stuff without being interrupted (2-7 people).
