Hello, welcome to this suggestion you just decided to read - or maybe you did it earlier but wasn't able to start reading, maybe because you wasn't home...
Also, a huge thanks to @Nuggets , as you can see in the first pages of this thread, he helped me a lot.

Now the thread itself: I say that the content should add a new item called "The Macedon Diadem", it's a helmet as you might have guessed.

I made a basic concept of what it would look like in game:

    -+-+-+-+-+-+-

    (white leather cap)

    Macedon Diadem

    ❤ Health: -336
    ✤ Earth Defense: -100
    ✹ Fire Defense: -100
    ❉ Water Defense: -100
    ❋ Air Defense: -100
    ✦ Thunder Defense: -100

    Level: 100

    [0/0] Powder Slots
    Legendary Item
    Untradable

    "Divide To Conquer"

    -+-+-+-+-+-
That's it guys, thank you for reading! -- This isn't all, no it isn't. Now that we have this item that seems trash at the first look it can be the first of a new generation of items in WynnCraft!

Those of you who read the lore of it probably recognised the ditto, which is attributed to Philip II of Macedon.

The reason why this item is special is because in order to use it you have to ISOLATE one of the 5 elements present in the game, creating a new helmet specialized in one Element only.
Some names I came up are: Aegean, Olympus and Creta, for ❉ Water, ❋ Air and ✤ Earth, respectively.

    Example (Made by @Nuggets):

    -+-+-+-+-+-+-

    Aegean Sea

    Health: 500
    ❉ Water Defense: 500
    ✦ Thunder Defense: -250

    +2/4 mana regen
    +15% spell damage
    +50% water damage

    Level: 100
    Intelligence min. 50

    [0/0] Powder Slots
    Legendary Item
    Untradable

    -+-+-+-+-+-+-

But how do you make them? Easy!, you just have to throw the "Macedon Diadem" in an "Item Forge" along with the Aura of the element you want your helmet to be specialized on.
Now you might say that would be hard to implement as you ever do, but it won't... well, kind of wont, because a similar thing - in a smaller scale, of course - ALREADY EXISTS!

    2017-09-10.png

If you don't know where it was used, you should play the "House Of Twain" quest, in which you throw three special items in this altar in order to craft the Ghostly Cap.

The Item Forges would be scattered all around the world, but only a few cities with the best blacksmiths in all the provinces would have them, that way some off-hand places would be more visited.
They would be introduced to the new players in the quest "Creeper infiltration". Instead of simply buying the Creeper Helmet from an armor merchant, you would use an altar in the ravine village.

    Item Forges List:
    *Lv. 14-24: Pigman's Ravines Village
*Lv. 25-35: Elkurn (give it a reason to exist!)
*Lv. 36-46: Village Near Ternaves - the one you have to go in the quest "Bob's Lost Soul"
*Lv. 47-57: Village In the Jungle Near The Great Bridge; Bucie
    *Lv. 58-68: Gelibord
*Lv. 69-79: Temple Of The Legends; Aldorei
    *Lv. 80-90: Relos
    *Lv 91-100: Dogovi & Kandon-Beda

    -+-+-+-+-+-+-

The way you obtain the Auras would be different than what it is right now: Instead of dropping from random mobs, they would be dropped by little bosses hid in caves near the places listed bellow - similar to the way Matryoshka Idol works:

Auras List (thank again to @Nuggets ):
Earth - Nivla, Olux, Tesead surroundings
Water - Wynn beaches, Corkus beaches, and Jofash Docks
Fire - Roots of corruption (or Mount Wynn), Ozoth's Spire, Molten heights
Air - Time Valley, Corkus Strange Cloud, Sky islands
Thunder - Pigman valley, Dark forest, Corkus Factory

There are 3 Auras tiers, the higher level the item you're trying to craft is, the higher tier the Aura you're using must be

Some items can also be crafted using more than only Auras, using junk items, for exemple. (Ornamental Plate - in order to craft this chestplate, you need: 10x Quartz Block, 1x Hot Blade, and 1x Water Aura)

    -+-+-+-+-+-+-
    Pros:
    1.
    Takes the exploration and replayability of Wynn to a next level, since the player is encouraged to look for the Auras (which are mostly located in lower leveled areas that people hardly ever come back to visit);
    2. Takes the grinding of Wynn to a next level, since people are encouraged to grind at high levels instead of just doing C.S.S.T. and buying items in the market, because "Macedonian Diadem" is untradable;
    3. Creates more purpose for feature that are used in the game only once or never (the altar and the Auras), and makes the item sistem much funnier;
    4. The basic concept is already in the game, so it might be easier to make this a thing than we think.

    Negs:
    1.
There are probably lots of flaws, but I'm calling the community to help me fixing them.

    -+-+-+-+-+-+-
Thank you for reading, leave your opinion and vote if you want to.

By the way, I'm trying to simulate the "Macedon Diadem" and the "Aegean Sea" items in vanilla minecraft myself, but if you know how to do it using THIS and want to help me, feel free to do it.

    This is an interesting concept.
These should be a set, with different pantheon sets for different levels.
    Level 15 - Wynnic Pantheon
    Level 30 - Egyptian Pantheon
    Level 45 - Nordic Pantheon
    Level 60 - ??? I have no idea
    Level 80 - Judaic/Angelic Pantheon
    Level 100 - Greek/Roman Pantheon

It was going to be a chestplate, but then I discovered about the diadem and decided to make it a helmet.

I'll definitely going to try and make them in the near future.

That's a pretty nice idea too!

Not really, as it says endgame chest plate in the title.

Pretty interesting idea though. I think a system like Kraetys' would be good, maybe even adding a set of weapons as well. I sort of like the idea with the low level auras, but in my opinion I think that might be too easy to get, maybe have a boss that you have to defeat for each aura so you can't just farm them? Idk lol

EDIT: wait I forgot it was a legendary item anyway

I'm sorry for the mistake in the title, it was originaly going to be a chestplate when I first wrote this 2 weeks ago :P

    -+-+-+-

I really like the concept of having to fight a boss, as it will keep lower level players away from the Auras as well as making the way you obtain the Helmets even more skill based

That was the idea I was going for. Maybe there could be a boss altar type thing somewhere where you throw in a powder of the element you want (idk which tier) to fight the boss?

    Minecraft:
To get it: throw Mac diadem and "Aqua essence" into the (new) forge at corkus city armor shop. You get aqua essence from anywhere in the oecan as a 1/5000 drop. You can get essences at Any point in game, for example earth essence comes from nivla, olux swamp and corkus forests. They all share the 1/5000 drop rate, and can be used to upgrade all tiers. A earth essence from nivla is as good to create a level 100 helmet as a essence from corkus forests is to create a level 15 helmet.

Forges have a level of item assosiciated with them. Corkus is 85-100 items, Detlas is 1-15 items.

Actually WynnCraft neglects one of the principal aspect of RPGs: There's no grind, it's quest2quest or CSST2CSST over and over and over...
