Could you please explain how this fits into the existing model of Wynncraft's world?

Right. Wynncraft as we know it is divided into realms and provinces. Realms are generally large areas connected to the overworld by portals, each strongly influenced by a force. The ones we know are the Nether, controlled by the Corruption, and the Light Realm, controlled by the Light, Deaths Realm, place of the dead, and the Fantastic Voyage realm, which is a strange, dark place we know very little about. There is also probably a Darkness or Shadow realm, probably with its portal in Dern which may or may not be the Fantastic Voyage realm. There is also the Molten Heights portal and the Door of Time, which we don't know all that much about, but which may link to other realms.

Provinces are large areas of the overworld. They are generally politically friendly within their own borders, although regional rulers hold most of the power in Wynn and Gavel. There are three officially recognised provinces, Wynn Gavel and Fruma. Wynn is a war-torn land shaped by the Corruption War and populated by both Humans and Villagers, Gavel is a magically rich land controlled primarily by the Villagers but inhabited by many magical species (which sometimes have disagreements, hence the wars), and Fruma is the mysterious totalitarian monarchy where the Human race originates from. Corkus is a large island with powerful technology that is attempting to gain recognition as the fourth province. Separating Gavel from the other provinces is a large ocean with several islands that is not officially part of any province, although some of them are mostly controlled by Wynn, and the Corruption is present on some islands. Dern is a dark land that is probably in the Overworld. The 'coming soon' area is probably Dern, although it may not be all of Dern, and the land may stretch farther to the south or the east. The edge of the world is surrounded by large mountains.

There is also some idea of space, although it is not well understood. Cosmic objects like meteors contain powerful but mind-altering magic, and there are the Humyns (that area is completely isolated from all other lore, and is not covered in very much detail. We don't even know where it is in relation to the outside world, although I'm tempted to say it's on the Moon)

In order to link the lore to your suggestion, please add -
-Where are these other elemental continents? How do we get to them?
-What of the places with clear elemental links in the world already? Are they within the Earth area too? There's the ocean, which is clearly Water, Molten Heights (fire) and the Sky islands (air).
-If you're going for stronger links to elements to these, how will that even work? Will the Air provinces be just clouds and things? How would a lightning province even look? It would be difficult to make those work.
-How would we learn about space, and who would know about it?
-How do we sustain Wynncraft over this inevitably huge development cycle (you're suggesting with those continents alone that we only have less than a fifth of the final landmass, while mostly guesses are between half and three quarters with current lore)
-Why haven't we heard about these other continents yet? All locations introduced so far were present in the lore long before their release. Does nobody know about them, and how does the player discover them?

The other continents could simply be undiscovered, due to exploring out of the earth continent being too dangerous, due to a spell to prevent more species like villagers entering the continent. And I've already said, I'm not saying for ANYONE to build this, just for us players to know it's there

 

Really, I don't see any point in having their existence in the lore if they're inaccessible and do not affect anything in the game (which really, they would, if they existed). We know that the provinces and realms of Wynncraft are different from the real world in many ways, mostly magical. We don't need to make it conform to our own universe by adding dead space places that sort of exist while being completely separate. The mountains on the outside of the map could be an interesting area for development, but I think they should be made clear as the edge of the world.

The continents thing is kinda a bad idea, since we already have it,. but some planetary lore would be sick.
