To remove player collisions make a team,
Do this command:
/scoreboard teams option Name collisionRule never
And make a repeating command block or some really slow redstone clock with command that adds everyone into that team every minute or so

 

Can anyone else rejoin this is restarting longer than usual

If people didn't like Wynncon, I hope they'll voice their concerns to a staff member/community manager instead of circlejerking it into the ground, that'd be nice.

 

EDIT: Might cause some lag, depending on what clock you use, but you don't have to make it too fast.
