New Class

This may be very weird, but I think there should be a new class, right now I'm lvl 49 ( just started )
warrior. The Egineer Class (how does 1 speel) would have a first spell of a turret. it would guard a area, ( like at first 3x3, then 4x4, then 5x5) and defend it. the life span would increase and decrease depending on their lvl ( like at first 3s then 4s then 5s) the second spell would be a bomb, coming out of the ground and going into the area. you can arm it with jump shift and explode it by doing shift punch. the third would be a spring pad coming out and launching you forward. the last would be you having to get in a mecha suit and being able to shoot (bullets or firecharges) if its to modern, instead of turret it might be a archer tower, instead of grenade, it would be like a head/sack filled with gunpowder. instead of spring pad, maybe a less modern pad. and instead of a mecha with metal and stuff use a bamboo/wooden suit. also the other class (like hunter/archer) would be a builder maybe? I don't know, and this is just an idea D:

Here's some tips:

Don't make suggestions as a level 49, play through the game first.

Try to add a TL;DR in every thread post.

Don't make a giant wall of text.

Put more detail, use correct grammar, etc.

Anyways, about the suggestion.

1: Never use just one big text wall. (Paragraph)
I don't like reading text walls because they are harder to read than a suggestion formatted like any of the 700+ supporter suggestions.
Also, people tend to be intimidated by a massive text wall rather than something that is easy to read.

2: Grammar
People will tend to take a suggestion less seriously if you do lots of bad grammar things.
(Also the way to spell it is Engineer)

3: Idea
Make sure your suggestion has not been used before. If a popular suggestion already has a good idea and your idea is similar, than there may be no point.
Because NinjaPro8000 has already showed one with more detail.

4: Lore
This class only fits with Corkus. Considering you can't go to Corkus until around lvl 80, it might not be a good idea to show a player something that makes literally no sense in the context of Wynn and Gavel, especially with placing down a turret, going into a mech, throwing explosives, and arming push pads below your feet.

5: Detail
This thread goes into very little detail into the class. Here are some questions surrounding your suggestion.
1: What are its weapons? A Saw? An Electric Ball? A Golden Cane made by rich people? This is one of the most defining traits of a class.
2: What are the base stats like? (Defense, Offense, Spells)
3: How much mana does it take to use each spell?
4: What do the level ups do to improve the spells?

That is all. Try to make your suggestion better so more people will like it a bit more.

I can't understand how people think it's a good idea to post suggestions whilst not even getting half way through the game.

 

1. Class is way to modern
2. You didn't put the stats for the class
3. Spells seem to op
4. Your lvl 49... play through the game please, then decide how the class should be made
5. You left 70% of the detail you need to actually make a class: Weapons, Spell Cost, Stats, etc

 

don't make suggestions when you hardly even finished one character yet..
imo you should make suggestions when you have 2 level 100/101s

@yornthegamer This is your only chance in months you need to take it

 

1. Your intro:
   Your level is good to start with interacting with the forums. But suggesting a class is something inadvicable. Seeming as you have the others classes in level 1-4 you have not yet experienced all spells, and not all spell upgrades for warrior. I suggest you trying to get them up a bit to see their spells in action or let someone else show you. This way you might realise a new class is not needed.
2. The class:
   Add a 13-point system. Look at the help section for more info. What weapon does it use?
3. The spells:
   1. How does it guard it? How much damage does it deal? How fast does it shoot? How much mana does it cost? A 5x5 radius single target turret is not that strong. The assassin tier 1 spin attack would be stronger than the tier 3 turret spell, making it underpowered.
   2. If I understand this spell correctly, then it does not follow the way spells are cast. It goes with a 3-click sequence starting with right for all classes but archer. Also the second spell is always a transport spell. I got an idea though. Make this the third spell and have it go underground and when you left click it comes up and does an AoE attack. Max range+damage depends on tier of spell.
   3. This should be your second spell. Does not fit in with the wynn theme though.
   4. Would be super overpowered. Should be a longer range spell or a good damage melee spell if it is a ranged class.
4. Conclusion:
   Play through the game some more and play on other classes some more before suggesting a class.

Maybe he should come back when hes finished the game with all classes
Know that this is a New Class thread, you should of atleast played through the game with all classes
Then decide if there should be a new class.
There hasen't been any new classes for like 3 or 4 years.
The only thing related to a new class are the redesigns of classes like Knight, Hunter, Ninja, and Dark Wizard
