There is Stable Story, a quest that gives you one free horse, and thats worth 23 EB, the bet worth of most players at that level. But is there a quest that offers a tutorial of ocean transportation? No.

There should be a quest in Nemract, the first port town players will go. There will be a guy named Salte, and he is the person in charge of Nemract's port. He will say: Hello! You look like a good traveler! Can you please give this message to Saltu? He is my brother and he's in charge of the Selchar port!
He then says, "Oh! You dont even have a boat? Here, use this one, someone left it here long time ago and never gave it back."
[Gains an oak boat]
"What?! You don't know where selchar is?! Just follow the underwater route and the other ships and youll get there!

[when you arrive Saltu will say, "

There should be an entire quest line about Salte, Saltu, Salta, Slated and Saltud being Salted's long lost brothers.

This post should be in General Suggestions because you're suggesting a quest, feedback is for you to talk about and suggest changes for existing features, anyway, I can use the report button for that. I want to give constructive criticism to that quest.

1. References are cool, but that name is kinda strange.

2. This quest looks like Enzan's Brother, but you didn't explain what is happening, he just asks you to give a message without explaining the reason, quests should have a story and a meaning.

3. The name is almost the same, it may confuse players in the future.

4. I didn't understand the last stage done by you.

5. Try posting complete threads. Anyway, I'll be waiting for an update, feel free to tag me.

6. I like the idea of a quest that shows you the Seaskipper, etc.

 

How are these two relevant to eachother?

 

you get a free horse, why not get a free boat and a tutorial on the ocean

 

The stable story quest is to give low-level players their first horse since it can be expensive for people who play Wynncraft for the first tim eto pruchase one so the quest gives people one.
There isn't a need to introduce/give players a boat since it isn't hard to get you're hands on it and there is also the seaskipper.
