Moderator Feedback!

Salutations!

I want to make it easier to give feedback on individual mods while having your identity be anonymous (somewhat), this way you can say how much you enjoy a moderator, or how much you hate a moderator while also keeping who you are a secret.

Now that we've got the basic idea out of the way, this is how you give feedback.

Here is what the form will look like whenever you want to give feedback.

For the username, it will not be given to the moderator you are giving feedback on. It is for my eyes only, and if you want to give feedback on me go ahead I can take it if it's something that is extreme.

You can then enter the username of the mod you want to give feedback on, using a common nickname works as well, such as Moe or Cree or Juiced, they can still be identified easily. If you want to give feedback of the entire team just say "Mod Team" and state the feedback in the line below.

The next line is where you can give the actual feedback if there isn't enough room for your feedback, you can use the next line and just say their username again.

If you want the moderator to know about the feedback (your username will not be given to that mod) you can check that box right there, if you don't want them to know you can just hit no.

The question that has the line is just there as a break for the questions, you don't have to worry about it at all.


Now that we've got explaining what each part means and what you should do for them, I want to make it clear that this form is for complaints about a specific mod, praise for a specific mod, or just general critique of a specific mod while also letting me know what the public opinion of specific mods are. (This form is also so I can be more aware of what the community opinion of the team is and how to improve it).
You can choose if you want them to know or not, it is up to you, but keep in mind I will be reading every one of them.
If you want them to know about it the message that you put down will be directly copied and pasted and sent to them, with no changes to what was put.
I will never message you or ask you to chill or question the feedback you give, unless I want to get more information about it so I can help resolve whatever issue there might be.

Awesome idea tbh, it's a cool idea to have this open to those of us who don't have mods added on things like, Discord, or skype. That, and it seems more official to do it this way xP

I opened the document, ready to give feedback, but I couldn't write anything. Unsure as why that is, I went to the staff list and realized many of them are inactive in a way.

Not counting admins,

• I instantly recalled 4/18 mod names without looking at the list.
• I would classify 3/18 as somewhat inactive. I kinda remember them posting, but it's all blurry.
• I would classify 5/18 as highly inactive.
• I would classify 3/18 as incredibly inactive, rendering me impossible to give feedback, as I don't recall the last time I saw them post/do anything.
• 1/18 mods I NEVER saw post anything since the day I registered on the forums.
• I can recall 8/18 mods participating in discussions.

That's the reason it's hard for me to give feedback, cause a lot of them didn't provide big enough actions sample for me to use.

 

It's fine to give feedback and say a mod seems inactive, that's valid feedback.
