Game Design Dr. Legendary Needs Rework/buff

As most of you know Legendary Island is the hardest "dungeon"/Boss Rush in the game.
There are many annoying bosses like Corkus Accepant and Idol.
Beating LI seems insanely hard until you brake the game with some crazy-ass build. *Cough* fuck apoc *Cough*
Bosses are at the same difficulty lvl and until he appears, The Orange Cybel. The most difficult boss in the game. Boss on Gold III tier is much harder than Diamond I which let's be honest - shouldn't happen.
The thing that I wanna from the last challenge of LI is epic battle not next bullet sponge boss.
Can someone help this guy please ?

That boss may be easy, but it's so fucking annoying in its ranged forms, with its running away and push spells. If you buff it, make it NOT DO THOSE FUCKING ANNOYING THINGS

I'm pretty sure the broken ass build problem applies to every boss

 

How about every time it changes form it spawns a bunch of TNT with self-destruct spell and pull spell?

 

Well it sure would make fight harder but not a lot and Doctor needs a huge change in his life.

It only seems easy in comparison to those other bosses, which are less difficult than they are annoying. I've never once died to the Corkus Accipientis, and the Idol is meant to be more a test of endurance than anything else, which leads to a lot of small mistakes that build up and result in your downfall. The Cybel, however, I get the point of, because the Wybel was never meant to get any higher stats than it had. Even still its stats aren't that much changed; it's mostly the minions that were buffed(and not even the Disintegrators). Dr. Legendary, if I were to reduce his attack speed to normal, would be one-shotting most players, hence his high attack speed and "low" damage. Do you really just want to fight a boss that will insta-kill you after all that work? I honestly think the Cybel should be either removed or reworked so it's not so ridiculous, because that's exactly what it is, but Dr. Legendary is quite fine.

 

In my opinion you should remove Cybel and add someone weird like Machine version of Charon or something - for me the best boss fight in the game*
