Hello My name is Edward Ender and I would like to share an idea for a new mob that I came up with.
You see I was talking to my friend and he said that he was playing a game were he had to fight a clone of himself. After a while an idea hit me. What if there was a monster in the game that was a clone of you?

Now I am still working on this idea, but I have a few ideas for this mob. One important detail is what level should this mob be. Now for me this was an easy question. The mob should be the same level as the player.
The mob could also know some if not all the spells that the player knows. For example if you are a mage who is level 90 and fight one of these clone monsters, the monster would be the same level and us the same spells as you. The same can be applied to Warrior, Archer, etc.

The monster could also use the same weapon you have while fighting it only it has a chance to be weaker, stronger, or the same. You might be thinking that you could just hold onto a weak weapon like the depressing spear and then switch out to a more powerful weapon and kill the monster easily! Well that is the strategy to use when killing this mob, so let me explain more. The mob will only go after the player it is targeting which it will have the same skin and armor as. The monster will also spawn with whatever weapon is in said players hand. If the player does not have a weapon in his hand then the A.I will detect a weapon in the players inventory and use that. I should note that the monster can not drop any items that the player has even though its a clone, so sorry no duplicating.

If the player has no weapons somehow in his/her inventory then the monster will spawn with that classes weapon so if its a clone of a mage it will hold a "stick/staff" The power of this can vary by level of player. Now what is a monster without EXP how much should this mob be worth you might ask. Well I think this mob should not be worth a ton of EXP the reason is because players could just keep fighting this mob to level up fast because well it's the same level as you. Unless you make this mob have a vary rare chance of spawning which if that's the case I think the mob should have give out a huge amount of EXP.

Now for the spawn location. This mob could possible spawn in certain area throughout Wynn, Gavel, and Corkus. I think that it would be a good way to show the player on how far they have come. For example when they fight this mob at lets say LV five, the mob will be super easy only knowing minimal spells and using basic armor because its still early game. While as the player progresses through the game every time you fight the mob again it will be a little stronger due to you also getting stronger.

I don't know any ideas for what this mob could possible drop yet.

Thanks for reading and sorry for any bad grammar. I put a lot of effort into this mob and I hope it shows. Feel free to leave a comment whether its criticism or support I will be happy to here you opinion. I know the staff is busy so even if this never becomes more then an idea I will 100% understand. I will always enjoy playing Wynncraft no matter what. Sorry about the wall of text and I hope you have a wonderful day/night.

(UPDATE) I now know that there is a mob known as the doppelganger thanks for letting me know also I know this is a small update, but I don't have a lot of free time right now to post big updates don't worry I am working on them though!

No. The CT has not implemented a lot of spells into mobs such as meteor, ice snake, bash, and a lot more. Also a lot of spells are glitchy (arrow storm 100% damage per mob arrow y tho) Also, how would the mob be able to be the same level/class as the player? Would there be a boss fight that would detect your level/weapons (not even sure if that's possible)? Add detail pls.

I've always LOVED the idea of enemies in games having the same abilities as the player, so I fully support this idea! However, I would give more details on the spawn location. +1 support!

Although not currently possible in the way you propose, I'd love to have an evil clone stalking you in quests of the main storyline or something, reeking havoc and also ruining your reputation.

    Meteor exists.
As for this, as stated before mobs can't use all spells correctly and only got level l and ll. It is however possible to turn the player into a NPC that's not moving, so why not a moving? As for a name, there's already a Doppelganger in Dark Forest.

This is a lovely idea! A clone of the player would be incredibly annoying to deal with, which is just perfect for players searching for a challenge. However keep in mind of the doppelganger mob already existing.
Also from what you specify, the amount of time and detail needed to create this mob would be an issue. Seems rather complex, yes?
Still, props to you for thinking of a creative and interesting suggestion.
