Yes, I did.
There's a couple things wrong with both pieces. You provided ranges.
Fix.
I know the ranges are valid, but personally I'd just prefer the base number.
Also, they both suck.

Health is shit, elemental def are shit, stat req is shit.

I had to vote ew no.

I don't mind the idea of mythic pants, but:

Seraph-
+0 health, especially for archer, is bad, really bad. Yeah you have +300 elemental defense in every area, but that doesn't cover it.
Exploding, melee and stealing is irrelevant, spell dmg is meh, and speed and health regen is overshadowed by hive pants. Personally can't
see a single scenario I'd use those pants.

I'm 50/50 on phantom. Everything looks bad, except agility, which is way too high. Not sure if that makes pants okay to use, or just imbalanced in general.

 

you doge every hit but once agility dosent work whoever hit you takes a ton of damage

 

How would more than 100% thorns/reflection even work

Thorns and reflection above 100% do absolutely nothing as the percentage is how often thorns/reflection activate. So those leggings become obsolete.

 

On phantom the agility does not even matter as 100 is required to use and 50 is max so as it's 74-96 or whatever that ID will litterly not matter at all.

only good thing about these pants is the agility
even though there is so much thorns and reflection, they shouldn't add these
Reflection and Thorns don't work like the more you have the more damage a reflection will be, the value represents the chance of it being reflected
both of the values on these pants will act like 100%
also im pretty sure the max dodge chance is 80%, so that too much agility for no reason because you will already need 100 agility to use it
and the fire damage, health, and elemental defense are all bad for a lvl 98 item
there comparable to mythic boots

like i said, the % on reflec and thorns dont work like that, the value is the chance of it happening
