Idea: Hey, Thats pretty good.
I personally don't like it for a couple of reasons:
1. OP generally, especially giving skill points based on %
2. It has a lot of descriptions, but wouldn't be optional (When getting items, you look at the descriptions of those you get, and suggested by other players, in this case it will no doubt be a valuable part of the meta, reading the descriptions will be pretty annoying.
3. we already have potions, they are simple enough to not hurt the game and do enough.
4. things gotten from certain classes - This will make them meaningless; you'll no longer be that much faster as archer, because other classes will be able to get speed alone, same goes with everything else, this also includes debuffs like the archer defense debuff which will be offset, this will completelly mess up the whole system, and I personally really don't want it to be overhauled like 2 years ago, thats exactly the reason I and a ton more players left back then, and I'm sure it will make me leave again.
I put the will be good with a couple of overhauls option, but really, I think i'll change my vote, its just too complex to not ruin the game in some way, and honestly - I don't want the system to be ruined because of a couple of items - Its not even story-related gameplay features or something like that, its just another thing to worry about, another stat, but this time it ruins the system, for what exactly?!

 

Ehh not sure if wynncraft needs to become a zelda botw clone.
Food will make the game more complicated, and it might take too much inventory space as well.

 

Too much extra content that the content team will have to implement for what, one extra quest and some potion replacements? I mean sure the buffs are cool but this adds little content to the game when there is stuff that is more important that could be added.
