We do. It's 100 AVA (After Villagers' Arraival). Also, rare items don't have lore text.

What!? Since when has Wynncraft had HELICOPTERS!?

 

The issue is, it's for mobility and you can't control the direction you go, plus you have to stop for so long to actually go anywhere and you're blinded during it. It's not a strategic thing, it's just useless and honestly too close to Charge anyway with how it inflicts damage.
