    (Training Barracks)

They aren't what you might be thinking, (I'm sure you are thinking on a place for recruit mercenaries)
But i was thinking on my stuff, and i just came with the idea of a place where you can pay a big amount of emeralds (What about a 16EBS - 6LE range?) for a special training (which gives Permanent Buffs).

The trainings will consists on passing through a bunch of tests that will increase your power.
There will be a different test for each skill (not elements, but skills like walk speed, damage...) and you need to do a special test for each skill. You can only have a maximum of 3 buffs at same time, but you can reset your buffs and choose them again by doing the training again (you still have to pay the same amount by the way).

Every major town would have its own barracks, with their sections inside. The sections would go for the training you want. The higher level the town is, the bigger benefits the trainings will have, and you can only do one per city, For example:
Ragni would give a lot worse buffs, but it will be a lot less expensive, while Rodoroc would give a lot better buffs than ragni, but it would be a lot more expensive.
Here is a basic representation of how the barracks are:

    The Ticket Merchant:

    The Exterior

    The Interior
    2017-05-13_01.16.37.png
Ok, so now let's go with the buffs!
    Walk Speed
Timed Parkour: You must pass a parkour as fast as possible without falling. There will be a time limit and you must win the parkour as fast as possible (or just do it like the QuickSalt cave) if you complete it before the time runs out, you will gain a permanent speed buff.
    Range: 5% - 15%
    Defense
Charge War: You will quickly run forward (no matter what class you are) and you must do a serie of mouse-click combos for increase your potency (spells are disabled in this) and the more combos you get right, the more power your charge will have, then you will hit the enemy (a charging mob i guess) which will have a high right combos rate (can vary from 6-10) and you can do 10 combos as much. If you defeat the enemy in the charge war, you will get a permanent defense buff.
Range: 5% - 15% (if your defense already reaches the 80%, it will only give a 5% as much)
Picture: 2017-05-15_21.19.28.png This is how it would kinda look (now, the room's decoration is all up to the CT of course)
    Strength
Speed Dummies: You will enter a room with special armored dummies that has a REALLY big amount of health, and you must deal the biggest amount of damage possible. If you reach more than half the health (or directly kill it) you will get your boost. You will have a time limit of 2 minutes and dummies dont regen health.
    Range: 10% - 30% (ONLY Melee Damage)

Picture: 2017-05-15_22.07.30.png this is how i imagine it (as i said in Defense, decoration = CT)
    Magic Knowledge
Spell Mimic: You will enter a big room with a high-skilled mob (which has the spells of your class) and you will have to do the same spell combos of that guy (movement spells wont work, and you wont be able to move so you will be in a small box) if you do 5 of the 10 combos right, your spell damage will be boosted.
    Range: 5% - 15% (ONLY Spell Damage)

Picture: 2017-05-16_15.51.20.png A spell Mimic session casting Meteor, it should be something like this more or less
    Attack Speed
Rampage Rush: There will be a big amount of enemies in front of you, and you must slay the biggest amount possible (or all of the mobs if possible) which has a low amount of health and deals very low damage (by not saying they practically dont attack, their attack speed would be really low) and you can't use spells so you rely on your attack speed. If you kill 500 of 1000 mobs you will get an attack speed boost (you have 1 minute for kill them). tl;dr, Guild wars without the monsters attacking you
Range: Only +1 attack speed tier (5% damage boost when using a max attack speed weapon)
Picture: 2017-05-16_15.25.27.png How it may look
    Elemental Power
Elemental Battle: You would get into a turns battle against another enemy, you can use a normal attack (neutral damage) and 5 special attacks, one of each element. You would have to take its health down with your attacks before he takes your health down. tl;dr pokemon battle in Wynncraft
    Range: 2-8 skill points
Picture: 2017-05-16_15.38.58.png Extra Info: The tags shouldnt be there, this would be a chat thing, where you click it and it opens you another chat message where you have the attacks and blah blah blah...
    Credits to @Locky
    Stealth
Sneak camp: you have to sneak through a lot of enemies (spells are disabled due to vanish and teleport and smoke bomb and spin attack). If they get close to you (targets you, but they wont be able to see as far as mobs like qira, they have a small range) Then you have to restart (or just fail the challenge).
If you manage to get past the test, you get some extra points in a skill called stealth.
This skill basically makes it so if you are in a group, the person with the lowest amount of stealth gets targeted first, but if hes out of the mobs normal range he targets the next player (Basically has a lower chance of mobs targeting you over other players).
If you are alone (this affect also happens in groups) the mobs target range is reduced, meaning if qira used to be able to target you 35 blocks away, say you had 17 stealth, then you subtract how far mobs can see you.
We can say it would kinda look like the part of Acquiring credentials where you have to sneak around and not make a single sound for get to the puzzle
    Range: 5-10 points
I can't think of more buffs for now, but I'm gonna add more stuff when i have time!
    To-do list:
    -Add more pictures (almost done)
-Add more types of boosts (You can suggest any boost type if you want)
-Make everything look better (Thinking how)

All kind of Feedback is appreciated!

Sorry, but rich people would get an advantage over peasants like me, therefore you should probably think of a way to implement without the use of emeralds.

That's cool, but that may be too op.
Can you get all the buffs at once?
If yes, how about something like this:

-You may only get one buff, you'll have to chose which one (defense or walkspeed? strength or attack speed?)
-Make the range less overpowered, +35% walkspeed may be too much IMO

yet i want there to be a decent variation of power, i dont want it to be almost non-feeling
also the range of Melee is high because from my experiences, melee doesnt do a lot of damage, while spells does a lot (if you can show me proof that it can become really massive, i will nerf it)
walk speed... well anyways its not like its a really big buff to be honest, it doesnt change a lot the gameplay but the travelling speed
    yet ill think on it
and yeah i should add a limit of skills active

let the builders build them, they should have different designs that vary in each city
anyway, like said before, only the rich would get richer and the poor stay poor.

16 EB - 6 LE for permanent buffs is a joke. Way too overpowered. You'll have to lower the buffs considerably, or at least lessen the range.

Perhaps only strongholds and military cities would have barracks? Ragni, Troms, Rodoroc, maybe Detlas and Cinfras?

i thought that most cities with defenses should have it
    Examples:
Ragni, Cinfras, Rodoroc, Detlas has already some barracks, troms too...
I already thought nesaak and olux wouldnt be a good idea since both seems to be poor and weak
also gelibord and aldorei (aldorei wouldnt make real sense since... well... they are elves, and elves dont really want to fight and they try to destroy villager's greed) also eltom is too small for it, yet ahmsord wouldnt really fit but could have it, same for Thesead, and kandon-beda... i dont actually consider it a major town to be honest

yet i dont consider melee really powerful (show me proof of it doing giant damages and ill change it) and walk speed isnt that useful unless you are very impatient/you dont have a good horse and you want to get everywhere quickly without using scrolls

25% on top of WS builds is a bit much, and would also allow for WS builds that require less WS gear, and allow them to become even better.

There's also melee builds that already do 6k damage per hit; another 45% on top of that is almost 9k
