World Give Wynn An Opening Cutscene! [59 Supporters]

    think about it, when you start in wynn you are just dropped into the world and talk to an npc, kinda boring. its always good to leave a great first impression on new players, so heres my idea, make use of wynns semi-new cutscene mechanic to blow away new players.

    when you spawn in, it could auto-start the first quest with the caravan driver talking to you about where you are going and all the wonderful things you can find there, almost like the sea skipper text in a way, but longer, like 12 messages. then he could go "uh oh, i think we hit a rock, can you go on from here by foot?"

    this alone would give people SO MUCH REASON to not quit right away, instantly blowing them out of the water, just from a moving caravan with text. I can say with all my heart that this is a suggestion that NEEDS to be added, maybe not exactly how i phrased it, but we do in fact need an opening cutscene, just to give wynn that special extra magic touch for all the new people.

    Really just a third person view of a Caravan moving and then breaking down would be quite nice. No need for dialogue or exposition, just watch a nice little animation.
    Because it had issues that were never addressed. This thread is much simpler and just as effective, with no real flaws.

    well everything in this game takes a while to make, and im not looking for instant gratification, i just really wanted to put this out there in hopes of it eventually happening, maybe alongside the release of fruma
