Increase Right Click Timer.

    The right click timer is way too responsive! When I right click it registers it TWICE which makes using the one important spell impossible!

    That occurs due to your client sending 2 packages in 1.9 and higher versions. This should be fixed when the code revamp happens, aka soon™

    Well screw it anyway 1.8 ftw.
    But this really is a horrible bug, it makes me want to split my own existence into pieces and soak it in tears I get when facing my uselessness and hopelessness to see this glitch gone
