    but i've seen a lot of servers and networks unfollowing Eula's rules and they still have the server up, what's going on with that?

    it's hard for me to explain, but basically the eula says you aren't allowed to have people buy ingame currency, so they use "donation" to their advantage, saying if you donate you get this blah blah. the way i worded it is quite confusing, i couldn't find the right words to use, sorry if it didn't make much sense

    1 - Tell Mojang about these servers, it's mostly the larger servers that get heat from Mojang, but they will go after smaller servers too.

    2 - Depends on what they're doing, some things are allowed, some things aren't.
    Pretty much the simple rule is - "No pay to win"
