    Lotem i luv your idea, but you do realize i doesnt have to be a book, it was never really a book (how does the player get all of the info about problems written in his book? even sometimes when those problems are consecuences of his actions?) so ive always thought it should actually be a "Quest Bulletin Board™ " the item could be an item frame and it would make more sense, as it implies that the player gets his quests from somewhere people put them (also you can strike that weakness list to 1) also the gui you present does look like a board. I hope no one has mentioned this before but since you didnt change it i didnt think so, i hope you magnificent suggestion gets implemented how the antropomorfic cow says SOON™.
