Correction
Not adding detail such as that is the easiest way to ensure it never being added
Even if staff thinks it could use balancing adjustments they have a base to work off of, after all they'd have a better idea of what is/isn't balanced, but it's still up to you how it's obtained and what it looks like

How does it work? : You can use it by feeding a horse an item and the horse gets double xp for 5-20 minutes
Other information :
What I mean by 5-20 minutes is you can buy a HXP Potion that lasts 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, and 20 minutes. The higher the minutes, the more expensive the potion is.

I think it's a great idea, i also agree with a previous reply, if its like a potion it should have a 3 use going from 15 > 10 > 5 duration. Zhight Money is needed, it's outdated and it's due an update : P
