Aldorei's Secret

I just completed Aldorei's Secret Part II and now I'm pretty aggravated. During Part I, I was hurrying to finish the quest because I had to leave soon after, so I did the first thing I saw in the quest book - I ended up giving to boots to the wrong person and was rewarded the receipt. At the end of the second part, I ended up having to give the receipt to Corak and got ABSOLUTELY nothing (asides from XP) because I was in a rush (a few LE is quite a bit for my level). Please at least try to make it more obvious that there are two options or add a confirmation part so you don't screw up! Also, as someone who doesn't usually read the dialogue (mostly because of time consumption), PLEASE put more detail into the quest book. I do know this is a mistake on my part, so please don't waste your time commenting about it, I want this to prevent anyone else from making this mistake.

To clarify, I am suggesting that they either bold or color code the word "or" in the quest book to show that there are 2 options.

 

maybe you shouldn't've rushed through and just left the quest to finish later so you could actually take the time to read the dialogue

 

"I do know this is a mistake on my part, so please don't waste your time commenting about it, I want this to prevent anyone else from making this mistake."

 

Then don't put it in suggestions, put it in, "Wynncraft" or "Nemract's bar".

 

Keep it the way it is so that people who just rush through do receive punishments for it. Don't take an entire world that people have worked hard to make for granted.

 

I'd love to point out that the lore of the quest is to not be greedy, yet you were so greedy for the xp/rewards that you picked the wrong option. Sounds like you fell for the trap

As someone who has pretty severe ADHD, that isn't as easy to do as you.

 

Doesn't seem so much of an ADHD problem as it does morals.
"Hey those boots belong to me!"
"Hey I'll buy that guys boots off of you."

 

Do you have severe ADHD? Also that was about the part where I don't read dialogue.
