World My Idea On How To Fix The Skill Point Glitch

1. Check if the player has the correct number of skill points required for an item.
2. Do NOT attempt to remove the items in the slots from the player if he/she does not have the required skill points. Simply don't give the buffs and let them know the issue.
3. ???
4. Profit.

tl;dr Don't attempt to move the items if they don't have the required skill points, just give them the error message and don't give them the buffs from the items. (I bet Jumla is working on this in the refactor already, but still.)

 

Is this possible though? The only way to implement this would be via Jumla redoing the code. If it's possible, 10/10

I don't think we can not give the buffs for an equipped item as of the current system

 

Well, weapons without the requirements don't give buffs when held.
