Royal Trials

Since all of my friends who did this quest didn't notice anything, I'm pretty sure that this is only my personal glitch.

However when I talk to the Trials Overseer at the end of the final part, she says: 'unused msg' and does not allow me to enter.

 

Can you give me your coords, give me a screenshot of your quest book, tell me the stage, etc. so I can look into this?

 

I experienced this just a little while ago. I was doing the quest with other people, and I didn't get the treasure when clicking the button. Perhaps it only gives it to the nearest person.

 

The coords are
X: -16832 Y: 21 Z: 19990

And as I understand, this is one of the last stages in the quest.

(As there isn't a wiki about Royal Trials yet,
I don't know the exact stage number,
but according to the video that HippieSnuggles
have made, this might be the 11th).

 

So, what happened is you didn't pick up the Mythic Treasure item for whatever reason when going through the third trial. Your inventory might have been full when picking it up, or you might have dropped it on accident when doing the trial.

There are two solutions, either /kill and redo the trials and make sure to pick up the treasure, or just sit there and wait for me to make and push a coal portal right there where you are that allows you to redo the third trial in case somebody like you drops the Mythic Treasure. You have to wait a day or two, but it might be worth it since you might not wanna /kill and redo.

 

Alright, so I think I will wait for it. Also I may say that I was doing it with my friend, and my inventory wasn't full, so I assume that the treasure was given to him.

 

Fixed! When the next push comes out (which will be soon), you will be able to play through the rest of the quest.

There's also the problem of empty space underneath the treasure after you press the button for Mythic Treasure.

 

Is it okay that I'm still in the tutorial area?... I've been teleported there like one and a half days ago.

 

That means you died or /killed.

 

Ahh, I'm not sure how could that happen, but those mobs might have killed me...

And btw, how could they kill me if I wasn't online at all?
Otherwise, even if I was killed, it might have put me in Ahmsord but not in the tutorial area.

 

for most quests it teleports you off map and so the closest respawn (which is what the system uses) was the tutorial area

 

Yeah, I understand that, but usually the quest area is made near the actual place where it might be. So why not to make it near Ahmsord?

 

Because it's not near Ahmsord, it's off-map, near the tutorial.

 

actually for most quests with warps it's nowhere near the actual place
if they tried to cram all the warp away quests into near their place the map would become a clusterfuck of terrible clashes of designs and crammed together quest areas with plenty of spoilers

Isn't it what I've meant? I know how that system works though. But for example, if you die in any dimension of The Qira Hive, you will respawn in Eltom, but now somewhere in Wynn. Those quest areas aren't near the map at all, they are just located in thousands of blocks, opposite the place where they are supposed to be.

 

As I said
If they're in the place they're supposed to be it would look terrible and fuck everything up
