Quest For Newbie (npcs)

Hello, so while walking around the map, I was wondering about new players, so I thought about a quest, I am not sure about its name, but here it is:
The quest will start at Ragni, might even be at Ragni's Bank.
I am not sure about the name, but for now, let's call the main NPC in the quest "Barlock".
Barlock: Oh hello there! You must be one of the recruits! However, welcome to the Province of Wynn.
Barlock: The king told me to be the guide of recruits like you, so here I am, I mean, I could be a great warrior, but no! I must be a guide instead!
Barlock: I am sorry, so let's get back to the reason you're here.
Barlock: I will be explaining about the different roles in the Province of Wynn.
Barlock: So the first role you will meet is the Identifier, most of the items you will get by killing mobs or completing quests will be unidentified. To identify them you need to bring the item to the Identifier, and of course a few emeralds as well. The identifier in Ragni is located at [directions]. After identifying the Chestplate bring it back to me.
[Gives Unidentified Chestplate level 0- 4 + 10 Emeralds]
Cost of identification: 10 Emeralds

After bringing back the chestplate:

Barlock: Oh I almost forgot you're new! So, there is a role called "Item Buyer" and, as its name, it buys items. So sell this chestplate and get me back these 10 emeralds!
[Wait for 10 Emeralds] (Problem****: Player can just get 10 emeralds and keep item, also if item is a quest or untradable it cannot be bought by Item buyer).
Barlock: Congratulations! You've finished the short tutorial! As a reward, take this.*

+[amount (maybe 200? forgot how much is it for low levels) XP.
