World Quest Suggestion: A Worthy Opponent

I have thought up a quest that I believe it is pretty nice, if not, please give me feedback in the comments.

Name: A Worthy Opponent
Level: 93
Location: An island south of Jofash Dock, named "Galnosc Arena". It will have a Seasail Merchant, a Potion Merchant (sells lvl 90 potions for the normal amount) and a Prize Merchant (see below). All the merchants and the quest giver will be at a slim part of the island, while the rest is the arena itself. The arena is a place of gladitorial combat, the winner is the one who kills the opponent. If you die there or during the fight you are teleported to Selchar, where you can come back and enter the arena to do the fight once again. The arena is also very big, around the same size of a boss room in qira hive. It will be mainly made of stone bricks and wood. Wood beams will hold the structure up, and there is a teleportation thingy-ma-bob in the middle where the boss will spawn. There are about 3 rows of seats at the top, with many races spectating (Also pondering about them saying random things during the fight.) Opposite and upwards of the entrance is the small deck where Meynah sits.

Rewards: 4500000 Exp / Golden Galnosc Trophy (Description says "You are a winner!")

You can sell the Golden Galnosc Trophy to a "Prize Merchant" somewhere else on the island for 5le.

Difficulty: Hard
Quest Giver: Meynah (Anagram of Heyman, the current WWE manager) Meynah is located outside the entrance of the arena, with the merchants to the left of the entrance. (He's the arena's manager) He is also quite greedy.

Description: Meynah knows of your deeds done throughout the provinces, so he tasks you to defeat the arena's current champion, Murlogoth, the Bloodboiler. The reason is becuase Murlogoth has been winning every single match. Spectators are becoming bored and are leaving, meaning that Meynah isn't making enough money.

First you need to defeat 4 other opponents to qualify for the finals, (You don't instantly fight Murlogoth because Meynah needs people to come and watch the fights you do). The 4 opponents are (in order):

The Milkening: A cow who's not a favourite amongst spectators becuase no one really knows him.

Health: 200,000

Special attack: Ranged, throws buckets of milk.

Damage: 400-800

Elemental damage: Water Defense: Water Weakness: Thunder

Selce: A human who uses dark magic to defeat her enemies.

Health: 200,000

Damage: 500-800 Teleport: 600

Special attack: Ranged, Throws fireballs, Teleport.

Elemental damage: Fire Earth: Defense: Fire Earth Weakness: Water, Air

Dr. Gameng: A crazy scientist who is a wimp, letting his minions do the work for him.

Health: 200,000

Damage: 500-700 Minion: 700-850

Special attack: Sending 10 "Minions" with 6000 health each.

Elemental damage: Thunder Defense: None Weakenss: None

The Bulk: A heavily defensive dwarf who is very tough to bring down.

Health: 350,000

Damage: 1500-2000 Kill strike: 3000

Special attack: Kill strike, "Being really slow".

Elemental damage: Earth Fire Defense: Earth Weakness: Thunder Water

After you beat one of the bosses you're teleported out of the arena to speak to Meynah again.

When you defeat all 4, a cutscene plays where Murlogoth rams through the gates of the arena. He is enraged that you beat so many challenging opponents and immediately fights you.

Murlogoth: The arena's champion, the ogre never backs down from a challenge and is driven by his unquenchable bloodlust.

Health: 310,000

Damage: 1000-1500 Charge: 4000-5000 Kill strike: 4500

Special Attack: Charge, Kill strike.

Elemental damage: Fire, Earth: Defense: Fire, Earth Weakness: Water, Thunder.

After beating all the bosses including Murlogoth, you are teleported out to Meynah, where you can speak to him and finish the quest.

Dialogue time!

Meynah: Hey, so you got my message.
Meynah: So you see, this particular fighter named Murlogoth, the Bloodboiler who has been winning every match.
Meynah: And I mean EVERY MATCH!
Meynah: We've been losing the amount of people watching our fights because basically everyone knows that Murlogoth will win.
Meynah: Maybe we shouldn't have gotten him from a Ogre camp.
Meynah: Anyway, I, I mean we really need you to take him out, so we can have more customers arrive at our arena.
Meynah: We can actually use you to bring in more people! Hold on let me get some more challengers for you to slay!
Meynah: Hmm, yeah, oh him! Bulk aswell and... There we go!
Meynah: Now, go into the arena when you're ready, glory awaits!

So you're telling me you made a suggestion based around a fairy-tale version of WWE. I don't know if this is ingenious or idiotic but it has potential either way.

Apart from the names not exactly rolling off the tongue, the only issue is that there aren't really any stats, and the ones that you have listed are pretty weak. I mean, the supposed great champion is only about as strong as the Corrupter of Worlds.

As you said, you should probably go into more detail, at least with the stats.

 

It wasn't meant to be like WWE, WWE sucks. The only idea I got from it was the manager because im an unoriginal noob. Also sorry about the stats, I was trying to make it balanced but 300k health seemed like too much, ill fix that. The most detail I can go into is what type of milk the manager likes. I'll see what I can do, thanks for the feedback.

I'm not sure if this is sarcasm a typo or something else, but it's better.

Not entirely sure how one would pronounce "Ggamen," but the stats seem more balanced for a level 93 quest.

One other thing I've only now noticed, "NO ONE HAS EVER BEATEN THE BULK!" doesn't make much sense if Murlogoth is the undefeated champion.

Lastly, some details about the design of the arena itself would be nice, though you don't really need to go in-depth.

 

He technically has not been beaten because he's still alive.

 

That's clearly not how getting beaten works. Otherwise every single fighter would be undefeated.

Yes, you do. There's no indication that this is a gladiatorial arena.

First of all,isn't it boring to just keep fighting and fighting?And in order for this quest to be accepted,it should be interesting,not just fighting like an idiot and think that is WWE.Quests that were suggested will barely be accepted.Its not Viking times dude.;-;

Not saying your suggestion is bad,it's just that you will need to have ALoT more content to this quest but I will definitely love to fight these type of enemies.

 

This sounds like a cool quest! I like the idea, something like this would be cool to see and do :)

 

I need to think about better ideas to make it more fun and not just killing a bunch a hard enemies. I will probably come back later and brush it up a bit.
